Healing Souls LLC Free 45-Minute Consultation Policy for Nontraditional Wellness Services Effective Date: 12/2024 Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to outline the terms and conditions of the complimentary 45-minute consultation offered by Healing Souls LLC for individuals interested in our nontraditional wellness services. This includes services such as herbal wellness, holistic nutrition, yoga therapy, spiritual coaching, and other alternative healing modalities. Policy Guidelines Eligibility: The free consultation is available to new clients only who have not previously received services from Healing Souls LLC. Each individual is entitled to one free consultation. Scope of the Consultation: The session will last a maximum of 45 minutes and is designed to: Introduce clients to our nontraditional wellness services. Identify the client’s wellness goals and concerns. Explain how our services may align with the client’s needs. Answer any questions the client may have. This session does not include treatment, diagnosis, or customized wellness plans. Scheduling: Consultations must be scheduled in advance via our online booking system or by contacting our office. Clients are encouraged to select the practitioner or service they are most interested in. Cancellation & Rescheduling: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of the free consultation opportunity. Confidentiality: All consultations are confidential and conducted in a professional manner, in accordance with HIPAA and organizational privacy practices. No Obligation: Clients are under no obligation to purchase services following the consultation. However, if interested, clients will be provided with information about our service packages and next steps. Exclusions: This offer does not apply to clinical mental health therapy, psychological evaluations, or crisis services.
