Healing Souls LLC Herbal Care Program Policy Effective Date: 12/2025 Purpose The Herbal Care Program at Healing Souls LLC is a holistic wellness offering created to nurture the mind, body, and soul through natural remedies, personalized meal planning, and soul-centered guidance. This policy outlines the services, structure, and expectations for those participating in the 3- or 6-month Herbal Care Plan. 1. Program Overview The Herbal Care Program is a complete healing experience designed to support inner balance, natural vitality, and emotional wellness. It includes: A personalized herbal protocol that targets emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness A customized meal plan aligned with your dietary and wellness goals Access to a certified herbalist for herbal support Ongoing support from a dedicated wellness coach Herbal products included in the program, tailored to each stage of your healing journey Guidance on spiritual alignment, stress reduction, and mindful living You may select either a 3-month or 6-month package, based on your current needs and long-term goals. 2. Eligibility & Enrollment Open to adults 18+ Clients must complete an initial intake form and health screening All health conditions, allergies, and current medications must be disclosed 5. 6. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment without penalty Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of paid service 6. Confidentiality Client information is protected under HIPAA guidelines and will only be shared
